Based on a new report by property portal Daft.ie, Ireland home prices rose by 2.4% on average during the first three months of 2022. The average listed price nationwide in the first quarter of 2022 was €299,093, up 8.4% on the same period in 2021 and just 19% below the Celtic Tiger peak.
According to the latest sales report from Daft.ie, Ireland housing prices rose by 7.7% on average during 2021. The average price nationwide in the final quarter of 2021 was €290,998, up 0.6% on the third quarter of 2021 and just 21% below the Celtic Tiger peak.
Based on a new Ireland Rental Report by daft.ie, residential rents in the third quarter of 2021 were an average of 6.8% higher than the same period in 2020. The average monthly rent nationwide between July and September was €1,516, up 2.6% on the first quarter and more than double the low of €742 per month seen in late 2011.
According to Daft.ie latest sales report, Ireland's housing prices rose by 1% between June and September 2021, and are now 9.1% higher than a year ago. The average price nationwide in the third quarter of 2021 was €287,704, 22% below the Celtic Tiger peak but three quarters above its lowest point in 2012.
